Yoga is more than just a practice on the mat, it’s truly a way of living, that can completely transform your life. Here is a few of my thoughts

The beauty of yoga, is we can really practice it just about every where. Yoga has evolved so much over the last year or so for me.

Just with my daily task. Cooking, walking my dogs, movement in general. By connecting the breath with mindful movement and also with awareness of sensations, and thoughts.
Lol, I don’t always do it. But when I cook or do basic things it has become an intentional practice for me. I feel my yoga comes out in so many places in life.
Or even getting frustrated or angry driving, pausing, breathing readjusting my posture, dropping my shoulders for example.

I suppose it could be considered mindfulness as well. Yoga is a way of life off the mat as well as on the mat
It’s being fully present in this human experience we are having. Opening our aching hearts to soften. Finding the beauty in the mundane of life.

Consistently is where the real transformation takes place. Carving out time for yourself can take great discipline, but be so rewarding.
